Kyiv Court of Appeal reduces bail for Igor Mazepa

On January 23, the Kyiv Court of Appeal partially upheld the appeal of EQUITY attorneys representing Ukrainian businessman Igor Mazepa.

As a result of this decision, the appellate court reduced the bail to UAH 21 million, which is 34 times less than the bail requested by the prosecution.

EQUITY's attorneys-at-law, led by partners Taras Poshyvanyuk and Sergiy Chuyev, continue to work on the case.
