A fourth report on Certain Changes in Legislative Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity during Martial Law in Ukraine

EQUITY within the cooperation with Ukrainian Advocates' Association (UAA) presents a fourth edition of a special Report on Certain Changes in Legislative Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity during Martial Law in Ukraine based on the legislation as of August 2, 2022.

The Report includes important legal issues and recent Ukrainian legislative changes concerning banking and finance, taxes and fees, import of goods and movement of people, property and contracts, investments, administration of justice.
