EQUITY within the cooperation with Ukrainian Advocates' Association (UAA) presents a fifth edition of a special Report on Certain Changes in Legislative Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity during Martial Law in Ukraine.

Since the first months of the full-scale war we have been systematically preparing reports which are intended to promote interest of foreign investors to our country and will be helpful for work of both national and international business.

The Report includes important legal issues and recent Ukrainian legislative changes concerning banking and finance, taxes and fees, import of goods and movement of people, property and contracts, investments, administration of justice.
