EQUITY Team Protects Interests of Creative Group

EQUITY team protects Creative Group in criminal proceedings investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.  

In 2018 the Solomianskyi District Court in Kyiv considered a motion to choose restrain measures in the case of alleged misappropriation of monetary funds of Oshchadbank JSC in the amount of 20 million US dollars.  

The consideration over, rulings concerning each representative of the Client specify substantially less bail amounts to respective persons, being only 10% or 5% of the previous amounts claimed by the prosecution.
