On March 27, 2017, EQUITY successfully represented interests of HELEN MARLEN GROUP in the Pechersk District Court in Kyiv that ruled for the client in its dispute with Delta-Bank PJSC.
The subject matter of the dispute concerned invalidation of loan agreements and mortgage agreements between the parties, the total amount of which by the Bank’s estimates was more than 17 million dollars. Claims under the aforementioned agreements were planned prior to the sale by the Deposit Guarantee Fund in the process of liquidation of Delta-Bank PJSC.
