EQUITY consults HELEN MARLEN GROUP on settlement of debt to PJSC "Delta Bank"

EQUITY Law firm acted as a legal advisor to HELEN MARLEN GROUP in litigation with PJSC "Delta Bank" in connection with the obligations of the client under credit and collateral agreements.

EQUITY Lawyers are working on strategies to protect clients in more than 10 disputes related to the settlement of the debt to the creditor. In particular, the lawyers provided legal assessment of the current risks and developed mechanisms to avoid them, as well as prepared the package of procedural documents necessary for the effective protection of clients' interests in court.
