Dmytro TylipskiyCounsel
Dmytro specializes in litigation, restructuring, bankruptcy, corporate law, banking and finance. He has over 10 years of experience and successful track record of representing clients in Ukrainian courts of all jurisdictions and instances.
Dmytro is working to protect the interests of the Azovmash group of companies, one of the largest manufacturers of heavy machinery in Ukraine, in its bankruptcy case. Also, he represented Ukrainian Innovation Bank in its dispute with the National Bank of Ukraine in terms of appealing the withdrawal of the bank from the market. The counsel has been involved in The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court proceeding regarding approval of the status of the bank missing a banking license.
He also represents Helen Marlen Group, Corporate Non-Governmental Pension Fund of the National Bank of Ukraine, a group of leading companies among importers of fish and seafood and one of the largest companies in the mining sector in Ukraine.
He is a lecturer at the School of Restructuring and Bankruptcy at Legal High School.
Recent experience (projects):
- Representing the Azovmash group of companies, one of the largest manufacturers of heavy machinery in Ukraine, in the debt restructuring case involving claims for the amount of USD 850+ mln
- Representing the Ukrainian Innovation Bank in its dispute with the National Bank of Ukraine in terms of appealing the withdrawal of the bank from the market for the amount of USD 150+ mln
- Protecting interests of Helen Marlen Group, one of the most popular retail companies in a dispute regarding debt restructuring for the amount of USD 40+ mln
- Representing an Ukrainian producer of cardboard in a dispute regarding debt restructuring for the amount of USD 20+ mln
- acting as counsel for the Corporate Non-Governmental Pension Fund of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding the return of illegally withdrawn assets for the amount of USD 80+ mln
