The main areas of expertise are litigation, restructuring and bankruptcy, banking and finance.

Oleksiy started his career more than 10 years ago. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at leading law firms in Ukraine. Oleksyi has experience representing clients in courts of all instances, including The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, as well as providing comprehensive legal support in the fields of real estate, construction and agricultural business.

Oleksiy provides an ongoing support and represents clients such as AvtoKRAZ JSC, Brokbusiness Insurance Company JSC, Terra Bank PJSC, Platinum Bank PJSC, Riviera Villas 

Recent experience (projects):

• representing the Azovmash group of companies in the debt restructuring case involving the claims for the amount of USD 850+ mln
• contributing to cases appealing the withdrawal of the bank from the market and recovery of the debt in favor of  «Ukrincom» PJSC (earlier «Ukrinbank» PJSC) in the amount of USD 150 mln+
• supporting the bankruptcy case of MSZ «Ocean» JSC on behalf of the creditor of Okean BV involving the claims for the amount of USD 130+ mln
• representing interests of the Frosby-M LLC,  the owner of Furshet regarding obligations recognized under loan agreements for the amount of USD 7 mln+
• representing interests of «Vernum Bank» PJSC in a dispute appealing the funds written off the correspondent account of the bank
• assisting clients in a dispute on the recovery of the troubled indebtness of NEST Corporation.
