Mykhailo Lutskyi - an attorney-at-law with a focus on litigation and insolvency. He has experience in developing a comprehensive debt recovery strategy and providing full legal support to clients in bankruptcy cases.

Mykhailo worked on the project regarding consulting Finance and Credit Bank PJSC on issues of developing a complex strategy to repay debts, legally supported the discharge of  the claims of Delta Bank PJSC and Avant Bank PJSC in bankruptcies and collection of debts during the pre-trial proceeding.

Education: Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
