He has experience representing clients in courts of all instances and all jurisdictions. Also, lawyer specializes in assisting clients in relations with investigative authorities.

The senior associate represented the interests of Havrylivski Kurchata Agroholding in the criminal proceeding into the violation of ecological safety regulations and creation of criminal organization. Ivan provided an ongoing support and advising the Georgian Industrial Group on buying a share of the biggest energy-generating company in Ukraine for the amount of USD 260 mln+.

Also, the lawyer represented the interests of individuals and banks in disputes with the National Bank of Ukraine.
