Damage or destruction of mortgaged property

EQUITY’s senior associate Ivan Olshevskiy participated in second part of the online-discussin «Compensation for war damage» that was dedicated to peculiarities of war damage compensation in banking sector.

During his speech Ivan focused on the issue of damage or destruction of mortgaged property. He paid attention to action algorithms of both creditor and debtor in case of damage or destruction of mortgaged property, analyzed the legislator's plans to "forgive" loans.

Also speakers discussed peculiarities of damages calculation, issues of determining the amount of damage caused by losses of financial assets.
