EQUITY Team Continues to Successfully Protect Interests of Azovmash Group.
The Northern Commercial Court of Appeal has sided with the debtor in the case over bankruptcy of Mariupol Heavy Machinery Building Plant and upheld the decision of the court of first instance to refuse to grant current claims of the creditors in the amount of more than 3.5 billion hryvnas out of which the Ukreximbank PJSC was not granted the amount of 999 million hryvnas, Sberbank PJSC was not granted the amount of 905 million hryvnas, Alfa-Bank PJSC was not granted the amount of 519 million hryvnas, Delta-Bank PJSC was not granted the amount of 469 million hryvnas, Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC was not granted the amount of 379 million hryvnas, Ukrsotsbank PJSC was not granted the amount of 308 million hryvnas.
EQUITY lawyers have proved the legal stance regarding impossibility to accrue interest for using the credit after the crediting period was over and to commence proceeding over bankruptcy of the debtor.
