EQUITY team yet again gets acquittal under part 2 article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine!

Thus, on December 17 the Darnytskyi District Court of Kyiv acquitted an EQUITY client of a corruption crime stipulated by part 2 of article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The prosecution alleged that the state registrar, abusing his powers, had illegally registered the property of the Kyiv City State Administration in the name of a legal entity. 

Due to hard work of EQUITY attorneys and partners, Oleksandr Lysak and Taras Poshyvanyuk, it became possible to prove both the client’s innocence and legality of his actions. Consequently, there is one more verdict of no guilty on the achievement list of our team of criminal attorneys!
