Managing partner at EQUITY, has been re-elected as the Chairman of Litigation Committee in Ukrainian Advocates' Association

Oleg Malinevskiy, managing partner at EQUITY, has been re-elected as the Chairman of Litigation Committee in Ukrainian Advocates' Association. This decision was taken by a majority vote of the members of the UAA's Board on February 7.

For 5 years of work on the committee, the partner has launched the flagship UAA Judicial Forum, as well as implemented the projects Naradcha PRO, Naradcha WEB, a unique platform for discussions ResolutivQA.
