EQUITY partner Oleksandr Lysak spoke at the 4th Annual Forum on Criminal Law and Procedure named after Y. L. Bronz

The topic of Oleksandr Lysak’s presentation was ‘Withdrawal of a notice of suspicion: practical advice’.

During his presentation, Oleksandr Lysak discussed the nuances of lodging a complaint, the procedure for its consideration and implementation, and also offered practical advice on strengthening the defence’s position.

“The revocation of a notice of suspicion is a tool that requires a thorough analysis of the circumstances of the case, sound reasoning and timely action,” the speaker concluded.
