EQUITY partner told about the responsibility stipulated by Art. 384, 385 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

On May 18, a scheduled meeting of the Committee of Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law of the UBA "Everything about an interrogation. From A to Z" took place. Taras Poshyvanyuk, EQUITY partner, shared his own tactics and strategy of behavior during the interrogation, analyzed the legal framework and provided a description of criminal liability under Art. 384 and 385 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
