EQUITY APPLICATION ACCEPTED BY THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

The European Court of Human Rights has accepted EQUITY application on violation of Art. 5 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms “on the right to liberty and personal integrity” of a person, the company Client.

The application contains complaints against unlawful detention of the Client by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

In light of the fact that pursuant to the official statistics of the European Court of Human Rights, over 90% of the applications submitted to the Court are considered as inadmissible, such a procedural decision regarding our complaint testifies to the unsurpassed expertise and high level of excellence as to preparation of legal documents by the company partners – Oleksandr Lysak, Taras Poshyvanyuk and Vyacheslav Krahlevych.
