EQUITY is an expert partner of AAU Forum on Public Law and Banking and Finance
On June 15, AAU Forum on Public Law and Banking and Finance was held, where EQUITY acted as an expert partner.
Andrii Ivaniv, EQUITY senior associate, took part in the discussion "Current state of the banking system: challenging issues and solutions thereto".
Andrii told about the suretyship validity as a measure of balance between interests of a creditor, a debtor and a guarantor. He noted trends in litigation practice, expectations of the new Supreme Court and analyzed draft laws on reforming legal regulation regarding issues of the suretyship validity and experience of different countries in this matter.
