LHS Discussion Hub: Headline-making criminal proceedings
Within the framework of LHS Criminal Practice School, a regular Discussion Hub on headline-making criminal proceedings was held, moderated by Oleksandr Lysak, EQUITY Partner.
During the heated discussion and dispute, the speakers defined the concept of headline-making, content and place of information resources and sources in professional opposition between branches of the Bar and the Prosecutor's Office, and also paid attention to the important issue of primacy: what should be in the first place, professional competence and personal credibility, business indicators or “court show”, freedom of thought and speech, or the main thing for a victory is to work in the public spotlight?
