EQUITY Partner was moderating the Discussion Hub regarding the adversariality of parties

Viacheslav Krahlevych, EQUITY partner, participated as a moderator of the LHS DH «The adversariality of parties in criminal proceeding: myths and truth» within the framework of the School of criminal practice from the Legal High School. 

The practicing lawyers have brought to notice the main obstacles in the use of right to protection and analyzed positions of two sides – defender and accuser. Acknowledging negative tendencies, the participants have concentrated along with this on exchange of positive experience.
