EQUITY attorneys took part in the Second Tax Forum of AAU “Tax& Business Talks”!

On November 09, the Second Tax Forum of AAU “Tax& Business Talks” where EQUITY attorneys and senior associates Bogdan Slobodian and Andriy Ivaniv spoke to the audience.

The Forum was opened by the Senior Associate Bogdan Slobodian, who was invited to speak at the first session of the Forum "Problematic issues of the relationship between controlling bodies and taxpayers. Criminal liability in the field of taxation "with the theme "Should consideration be given to guilt in the application of financial sanctions by the SFS?" You can see the presentation here. 

Andriy Ivaniv spoke at the last session of the Forum, where he talked about "non-traditional" means of proof and noted that the positive resolution of the case requires to use all means of collection of evidence, as well as to precisely determine the algorithm of further actions and of each separate step.
