Bogdan Slobodian joined the LHS Speakers

An EQUITY senior associate and attorney Bogdan Slobodian spoke at School of Criminal Practice from the Legal High School on the topic "Failure to comply with a court decision - a norm of life or an article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine?".

Bogdan analyzed the situation with enforcement of court decisions and the dynamics in the number of convicts under art. 382 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine from 2010 to 2016 years. He also defined the position of the cassation courts and provided examples of international experience on this issue.
