EQUITY attorney analyzed the new Bankruptcy Code at the Legal High School

Dmytro Tуlipsky, an EQUITY senior associate and attorney, successfully debuted at the Legal High School, specifically School for Restructuring and Bankruptcy.

Dmytro analyzed the new Bankruptcy Code and told about particulars of the powers of the court at the stage of preparatory proceedings. He also compared the approaches in different foreign states to the bankruptcy procedure and noted that joint and several liability of the chief of a debtor company is the most progressive concept introduced by the new Code.
