EQUITY is a legal advisor of Azovmash Group in taх disputes

EQUITY lawyers represent interests of Azovmash in more than 20 tax cases related to non-payment of UST and land tax in the total amount of more than UAH 80 million.

Azovmash being located in Mariupil, which is near the warzone, gives rise to controversies, particularly with tax bodies in terms of implementing provisions of the Law On Temporary Measures for the Anti-Terrorist Operation Period.

EQUITY team made up of senior lawyer Oleksiy Stepanenko and lawyer Dmytro Tylipskyi under the supervision of partner Oleh Malinevskyi is working on the project.
