EQUITY is a legal advisor on the project of development of Bilanivskyi deposit of iron ore

<span class="equity">EQUITY</span> became a legal advisor of Ferrexpo AG, one of the largest iron ore pellet producers in Europe, in the framework of the project of development of Bilanivskyi ore deposit, which is the largest in Ukraine and one of the largest in Europe.

Preparation for development of such large deposit included legal consultations in relation to 50 million US dollar worth of works, which comprise procurement of required permits and licenses from regulators, social and ecological assessment, development of relations with local authorities.

In the framework of the client project <span class="equity">EQUITY</span> lawyers, in particular, performed complex legal due diligence, developed legal strategies and made risk assessment of unprecedented tasks for Ukraine related to relocation of several cemeteries and settlements from the area of future development, as well as construction of many kilometers of on-site road and railway network.
