EQUITY Acted as Exclusive Partner of White Collar Crime School

April 06, 2019 was the first working day of White Collar Crime School, where EQUITY was the exclusive partner.    

Oleksandr Lysak, an EQUITY partner, opened the School with the welcome words and participated in the first session of the School. The session was held in the format of the students' motivational dialogue with representatives of the best law firms of the country. Partners and advisers, the participants of the session, told the students about their path from students to attorneys, shared invaluable experiences and provided useful advice.   

Oleksandr Lysak also opened for future colleagues the door to the world of the criminal process and told about the strategy and tactics of the defense counsel in the criminal proceedings. The partner focused the students' attention on preparation for court debates, advised not to be afraid to take on responsibility and to always perceive their client as a friend. "Learn, choose the practice your soul is allured to, and you will be a true professional in your work!" , - summed up the partner. The expert discussion with future colleagues was continued by Rodion Kokosh,  the senior associate. The attorney virtuously  combined the practice with the theory and outlined the White Collar Crime crime glossary. He disclosed the issue of investigation, the delineation of crimes and their specifics.
