EQUITY Acted as Expert Partner of International Criminal Law Forum

On April 5 was a long-awaited event of the entire legal market – the International Criminal Law Forum, where EQUITY was an  expert partner.

Vyacheslav Krahlevych, an EQUITY partner, opened and set the tone for the third session of the Forum "Challenges of Criminal Justice Combatting Corruption". Experts focused on topical issues of criminal law, the formation of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court, international experience and Ukrainian realities.      

Also, Vyacheslav took part in the discussion of criminal liability and client protection tactics. The partner stopped on the issue of economic crimes and the distinction between civil and criminal liability. Vyacheslav’s presentation is HERE .
