Yet Another Time EQUITY Protected Client’s Interests

Vinnytsky City Court of Vinnytska Oblast is considering a criminal case upon the charge against an EQUITY’s Client in three episodes: Part 3 of Art. 368, Part 2 of Art. 15 and part 3 of Article 349 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.   

The decision of the preparatory court session denied the motion of the prosecutor of the prosecutor 's office of the Vinnytska oblast for application to the Client of a preventive measure in the form of a bail with the imposition of procedural obligations, as well as for removal of the Client from office for 2 months. The judicial decision is motivated by the fact that the prosecutor has not provided evidence to support the arguments of the motion.   

EQUITY partners Oleksandr Lysak and Taras Poshyvanyuk represent the Client and  aim to  get acquittal in all three episodes of the indictment!
