EQUITY Team Successfully Defends its Client in a Bankruptcy Case Once Again

On May 14, the Economic Court of Odeska Oblast acknowledged the claims of the EQUITY’s Client - Corporate Non-Government Pension Fund of the National Bank of Ukraine – against its debtor for repayment of debt on purchased CNPF NBU registered bonds in the amount of over UAH 68 million and added these claims to the creditor claims register.

This court case is part of the larger project to recover illegally withdrawn assets of the NBU Corporate Non-Government Pension Fund for a significant amount of money.
