Higher Anti-Corruption Court to Continue Hearings into the Case of Ex-Minister for Infrastructure

The criminal proceeding into the case of the ex-minister of infrastructure, Volodymyr Omelian, concerning entry of false information into his e-declaration is gaining momentum. 

As of today, the trial is at the next stage of the process which lies in engaging evidence of the prosecution.

Volodymyr is defended in court by EQUITY team under the supervision of two partners, Oleksander Lysak and Taras Poshyvaniuk.
