EQUITY Takes Part in International Discussion on Procedural Guarantees of Advocates in Ukraine in Light of Standards of Council of Europe

Oleh Malinevskyi, an EQUITY partner, and Oksana Varakina, an EQUITY counsel, took part of the discussion upon the invitation of Jonathan Goldsmith, an international expert of the Council of Europe, member of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of the European Union.

The round table participants discussed guarantees of lawyers’ activities in Ukraine expressed their views as to possible ways to improve the current Ukrainian legislation.
