EQUITY Counsel took part in BUSINESS PROTECTION 2024 - A2B FORUM

Counsel at EQUITY, Rodion Kokosh, spoke at BUSINESS PROTECTION 2024 - A2B FORUM on the topic "Protection of interests of private business representatives while carrying out activities in the interests of the state".

The Counsel joined the fourth session of the forum dedicated to compensation for damages, sanctions and court practice. In his speech, Rodion discussed cases of pressure on business, revealed problems and inaccuracies in the Criminal Procedure Code and provided advice to private businesses to protect themselves from pressure from the investigation.

"The state has a lot of mechanisms of influence and pressure on private business, but we, as lawyers, have to find ways to make life easier for business and prevent pressure, first of all, on business management, on those officials who fall under suspicion, seizure of their property."
