Rodion protects clients’ interests in criminal proceedings in the areas of economic crimes and malfeasances in office, and protects businesses against unlawful seizure (raiding). Rodion specializes in election law.

The senior associate worked on the case of Kreatyv Group, Havrylivsky Kurchata Agroholding, the Corporate Nonstate Pension Fund of the NBU, defended the interests of Volodymyr Omelian, Henadiy Trukhanov and Maksym Mykytas’. Also, Rodion is defending the victims’ interests  in the cases of Vasyl Khmeliuk’s murder and appropriation of Klavdia Dunayevska’s property, which EQUITY is pleading on Pro Bono basis.
