Legislative update

In his commentary on the bill "On electronic trust services" for the Ukrainian Journal of Business Law Maksym Saliy, an EQUITY associate , said that "Appropriate changes will allow Ukraine to adapt legislation to EU requirements, which will positively affect the development of cross-border certification services."
