EQUITY Advises National Bank of Ukraine
EQUITY is an advisor of the National Bank of Ukraine on legal support of court disputes aimed at returning unlawfully moved out assets from the Corporate Non-State Pension Fund of NBU.
The Corporate Non-State Pension Fund is a unique and the largest non-state fund in Ukraine which operates for financial gain of its 14,000 members. As of today, the total amount of the fund assets is almost 1.3 billion dollars.
