Yaroslav specializes in litigation, restructuring and bankruptcy, banking and finance and corporate law, with significant experience in representing clients in all courts.

Yaroslav represents the interests of Helen Marlen Group in the dispute with the bank and the Deposit Guarantee Fund. He also represents the interests of  Corporate Non-Governmental Pension Fund of the National Bank of Ukraine in the disputes regarding the fulfillment of obligations related to the issuance of securities for the purpose of raising debt investment and mortgage disputes. Lawyer is a member of the team of lawyers accompanying the bankruptcy of Azovmash Group. He represented the United Carton Company of Ukraine in cases against a Chinese company, which is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial equipment in the world, on the recognition of an international commercial arbitration award on the territory of Ukraine.
