Senior Associate

Maksym joined EQUITY in 2015. He specialises in dispute resolution, bankruptcy, corporate law, intellectual property and distressed assets, and provides legal support to clients in banking disputes.

Maksym has experience in providing legal support and advice to Concorde Capital in courts of various specialisations, large financial companies in the recovery of multi-million dollar loan portfolios, a well-known petrol station chain in a dispute with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, RWS Bank in disputes with public authorities, and Zdorovye Pharmaceutical Company, one of the leading players in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market.

Maksym has also represented the interests of the Helen Marlen Group, the National Bank of Ukraine's Corporate Non-State Pension Fund and the Azovmash Group in court.
