Maksym joined EQUITY in 2015.

He specializes in dispute resolution, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and distressed asset practices. Maksym also supports clients in banking disputes.

Maksym represented interests of major Ukrainian financial companies such as Finance Company, Helios Company in recovery of debts under multi-million loan portfolios, RWS Bank in disputes with authorities, as well as pharmaceutical company Zdorovye, which is one of the leading players on the Ukrainian pharmaceuticals market. In addition, he participated in the defense process of Helen Marlen Group, the corporate non-state pension fund of the National Bank of Ukraine, and Azovmash group of companies in courts.
