Valeriy Kirchev

Senior Associate

Valeriy is a specialist in practices of criminal law and proceeding, White-Collar Crime, business protection and litigation.

Prior to joining EQUITY, Valeriy had an experience of working for government agencies and court, in particular, as a senior state enforcement officer in the state executive service and as an assistant of judge in court.

The senior associate worked on the case of Havrylivsky Kurchata Agroholding, defended the interests of Kreatyv Group, Maksym Mykytas, Vagif Aliyev’s group of development companies.

Valeriy represented the NBU Corporate Non-State Pension Fund in a case related to the misappropriation of the fund's assets. He also represented the injured party in a number of high-profile criminal proceedings.
