EQUITY Joined Ukrainian Arbitration Forum as a General Partner!

Oleg Malinevskiy, partner at EQUITY, opened the first Ukrainian Arbitration Forum and moderated the first session «ADR in Ukraine and the world». Speakers from Ukraine, France and Netherlands discussed international arbitration issues, the future of mediation and perspectives of ADR.

Oksana Varakina, counsel at EQUITY, joined the 2nd panel «Investment arbitration» and discussed the global trends from a local perspective, сlaims of corruption in investment arbitration and prospects of the disputes concerning “green tariff”.
