Partner of EQUITY is re-elected as a Chairman of the UAA Litigation Committee

Oleg Malinevskiy, partner of EQUITY, has been elected as Chairman of the UAA Litigation Committee for the fourth year in a row!

During his chairmanship of the Committee the largest and flagship Judicial Forum was launched, innovative formats of Naradcha PRO and Naradcha WEB, as well as a unique platform for discussions - ResolutivQA were introduced!
