EQUITY was the general partner of the VIII Restructuring and Bankruptcy Forum!

The VIII Restructuring and Bankruptcy Forum was held yesterday. 

EQUITY was the general partner of the event.

• Before the beginning of the panel discussions, EQUITY's Managing Partner Oleg Malinevskiy conducted an open interview with Valeriia Kolomiets, Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine for European Integration, on the topic "Harmonization of bankruptcy regulation with EU standards".

• Speakers of the first session of the VIII Restructuring and Bankruptcy Forum discussed the challenges of wartime in the field of restructuring and bankruptcy, prospects for legislative changes and trends in judicial practice. The discussion was moderated by Managing Partner of EQUITY Oleg Malinevskiy.

• Counsel of EQUITY Dmytro Tylipskyi became a speaker at the III Session of the Forum, which was devoted to the practical aspects of bankruptcy proceedings under martial law. Dmytro focused on the joint and several liability of the debtor's director in bankruptcy proceedings. In particular, he spoke about the evidence and procedures for making the debtor's director jointly and severally liable, as well as interesting and relevant positions of the Supreme Court.
