EQUITY's attorneys achieved a significant victory for the SOCAR gas station chain!

The Supreme Court upheld the decision of the court of appeal to satisfy the claims of SOCAR in the case of violation of legislation on the protection of economic competition.

The courts concluded that the AMCU's analysis of the fuel market was incomplete and that there were no grounds to hold SOCAR liable.

Thanks to EQUITY's work, the AMCU's decision to impose a fine of more than UAH 27 million on SOCAR was canceled.
