Andrii IvanivCounsel
Andriy Ivaniv joined EQUITY in 2012. The main areas of his expertise are litigation, banking, and tax law.
He has been involved in representation of his clients’ interests in high-profile disputes such as the case of Skymall – one of the biggest shopping malls in Ukraine where Andriy represented interests of Andriy Adamovskyi, the owner of the shopping mall. The lawyer also represented interests of Ferrexpo, Concorde Capital, Ukrainian Business Group, RWS Bank, Salut Hotel, Arterium Corporation, Corporate Non-Governmental Pension Fund of the National Bank of Ukraine, Okean BV etc.
Recent experience (projects):
- providing an ongoing support and advising leading factoring companies on debts bought out in the amount of USD 500+ mln
- defending interests of a bank shareholder in the Supreme Court by appealing the bank liquidation in the dispute for the amount of USD 133+ mln
- participating and representing interests of his client in a dispute between UkrSibbank and AIS Corporation for the amount of USD 100+ mln.
