EQUITY Team Yet Again Successfully Protects Interests of Azovmash Group

On Jan. 23, 2019, the Commercial Court of Cassation consisting of the Supreme Court closed the chapter on the need to proceed into liquidation procedure in the bankruptcy case of Azovzahalmash whereby proving the position of shareholders on voluntary liquidation of Torhovyi Dim Azovzahalmash House of Commerce.

Taking into consideration that the total amount of the creditors’ claims exceeds UAH 16 billion, transition into the liquidation procedure will enable us to start the sale of the debtor’s property and settlement of the creditors’ claims.

EQUITY team made up of partner Oleh Malinevskiy, senior lawyers Dmytro Tylipskyi and Oleksiy Stepanenko, lawyer Maksym Halan and junior lawyer Maksym Kuzmenko is working on the project to restore financial solvency of Azovmash Group.
