EQUITY team protected interests and achieved a change in the preventive measure for clients in the Riviera Village case

EQUITY team protected the interests of the clients in the Riviera Village case and managed to change the preventive measure from custody to night house arrest.
On 16 February 2024, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv replaced the preventive measure of detention with an alternative measure of restraint in the form of bail for Alina Shylo and Roman Yefimov (in the amount of UAH 49,997,552 and UAH 6,056,000) with night house arrest.

*Within the framework of the same criminal proceedings, Ukrainian businessman I.O. Mazepa was also served a notice of suspicion.
