The High Anti-Corruption Court closed the criminal proceedings against EQUITY'S client, Andriy Pyvovarskyi

On October 15, 2025, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine rendered a decision to terminate the criminal proceedings against former Minister of Infrastructure and CEO of WOG, Andriy Pyvovarskyi, on the grounds of the expiration of the statute of limitations.

Andriy Pyvovarskyi's interests in this case were represented by the EQUITYteam led by partner Taras Poshyvanyuk, as well as attorneys Rodion Kokosh, Ilona Mylostiva, Maksym Saliy, and Valeriy Kirchev. 

This is one of the most high-profile cases in recent years concerning management decisions in the field of maritime logistics and tariff policy of state ports. This ruling by the High Anti-Corruption Court is a significant judicial benchmark for Ukraine's legal system reaffirming the principle of individual criminal liability, the limits of prosecutorial discretion, and the importance of safeguarding managerial autonomy in the public sector.
