Ilona MylostyvaSenior Associate
Ilona Mylostyva is a Senior Associate with over 10 years of experience in business protection and resolving legal issues in the field of criminal law. In 2018 she joined EQUITY Law Firm team and specialises in defence of white-collar crime cases and complex litigation, which often have an international dimension.
Ilona is actively involved in high-profile criminal litigation and represents high-profile clients, including politicians and civil servants such as Andriy Kobolyev, Andriy Pyvovarsky, Volodymyr Omelyan, Vagif Aliyev's group of development companies and others.
Prior to joining EQUITY, Ilona held the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Department of one of the enterprises of Ukroboronprom JSC, which carries out export-import operations with military products, which significantly expanded her experience in the areas of economic security and international trade.
